HOT/COLD PACK

Usage:
Cold application:
Store the pack in the freezer about 1-2 hours before using.
Hot application:
Hot Water: Bring boiled water, and immerse the gel pack into water for about 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1-minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached.
Function:
It can be used to control and alleviate the gore and pain caused by strain, bruise, pull and burn, also can rapidly remove the pain and discomfort. It is widely used on your ankle, knee, back, shoulder, etc.
It can be used in warm application in cold days.
It can be used to freeze and keep fresh vegetable, fruit, beer, beverage and so on, when without cold source.
Precaution:
1. Do not eating the mixture in the pack. If so, please try to vomit it.
2. If eye or skin contacted the mixture in the pack, it must be washed thoroughly by clean water.
